We all know Mike Shanahan can be a bitter, stubborn hardass. I mean, just look at that damn mug at the top of this page. Is that a guy you really want to mess with? Apparently Albert Haynesworth did as he bitched and moaned throughout the offseason about not wanting to play in Shanahan's 3-4 defense. So in return, Haynesworth decided not to show up to offseason OTAs and conditioning. And now he's paying for it. After Haynesworth failed his conditioning test on Thursday and therefore wasn't allowed to practice, the defensive lineman returned Friday morning to try it again. And on Friday morning, Haynesworth again failed. He will not practice with the team until he passes the conditioning test.
