Watching this video of Corpus Cristi Hooks teammates Austin Wates and Brandon Barnes tag team a would be home run leads me to believe that every ballpark should have low walls.

Require half of the outfield wall to be the standard 8-10 feet, which would preserve awesome leaping wall catches, and require the other half to be between 3.5 and 4.5 feet, which would give us these types of wildly entertaining catches more often. Besides, going over a fence can't be any more painful than going through one
