NEW YORK—As Giants head coach Tom Coughlin walked off the field in Green Bay after another embarassing loss, current-CBS analyst and future Giants head coach Bill Cowher called Coughlin from the New York Giants offices to see where Coughlin usually keeps the coffee filters.

“Hey Tom, it’s Bill,” said the former Super Bowl champion on Coughlin’s voicemail. “I’m in the team office to drop off some of my stuff, want to make a cup of coffee but can’t find the coffee filters anywhere. Crap, I guess you’re still in a press conference. OK, well, I’ll going to just poke around some more. Oh yeah, I also moved some of your furniture around, hope that’s cool.”
