Butler accomplishes the impossible by upsetting everyoneHOUSTON—Nobody really thought they could do it. They had fans but lacked believers. In the end however, the Cinderella Butler Bulldogs, thanks in large part to an 18% shooting night and one of the most amazingly horrendous performances in NCAA history were able to defy the odds, reach the national championship game and shock the world by upsetting everyone.

“Don’t think we didn't hear our detractors,” Butler’s vindicated head coach Brad Stevens said just moments after upsetting every single person who happened to watch last night's title game against UConn. “People thought if we couldn’t even upset Duke, there would be no chance for us to disappoint every single basketball fan. But with the performance our guys had tonight, we made history and proved them wrong. We showed that if you apply yourself, miss a vast majority of your shots and play like you’ve literally never played before, you can upset everyone.”
