NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has agreed to another term atop the NFL, even taking a $2 million pay cut. Goodell is known for his tough stance against players and cracking down on even the tiniest infractions. Going into an uncapped season and a possible lockout in the 2011 season with the Player's Union, Goodell could become either the biggest hero of the NFL or the biggest villain.
