Rex Ryan infuriated Jets didn’t win any Golden Globes

SAN DIEGO — After the New York Jets shocking win over the San Diego Chargers, Rex Ryan glued himself to a television in the locker room to watch the Golden Globe Awards. “I told you we should be the favorite to win the Super Bowl,” said Ryan. “I also think we should be favored to win best television series in the Golden Globes.” At the announcement that the winning show was Glee, Ryan went into a tirade. “Seriously these judges need to screw their heads on straight. No way the New York Jets lose to a freaking made-for-TV High School Musical. Shit!” Ryan proclaimed that the Jets’ grind-it-out smashmouth football along with a handsome lead rookie quarterback and a shutdown corner should have earned the team the Golden Globe. “And if Simon doesn’t send us to Hollywood on American Idol this year I’m gonna open a can [of whoop ass],” said Ryan.
