New Orleans bans tit flashing, Ryan goes to Raleigh to do it

RALEIGH — With 600 New Orleans police officers on hand at the Saints parade to arrest people for flashing their breasts, New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan headed out of town and straight to Raleigh, North Carolina. Once in Raleigh he bolted for the most public place he could find—a Hurricanes hockey game—and flashed the crowd his man boobs. “I gotta be free,” said Ryan. “I was so stoked to whip out my flesh cakes in New Orleans. But the man was keeping me down. Thank goodness the good people of North Carolina love themselves man-mammary glands.” Ryan said he was waiting by the phone for a call from playgirl.
