Lousville's Porcini Menu Now Includes Rick Pitino Special

Louisville basketball coach Rick Pitino recently testified at the extortion trial of Karen Sypher. Sypher, who initially alleged that Pitino raped her, is the one under investigation after allegedly attempting to extort money from the Cardinals coach after the two had a sexual encounter at an upscale Italian restaurant in Louisville, Porcinis, back in 2003. According to Pitino’s testimony, he did in fact sleep with Sypher, but the tryst only lasted 15 seconds. To honor Pitino, a loyal customer who frequently dined at the restaurant before the extortion story broke, Porcini has named a dish after the popular local figure. The Pitino Special, a rich, creamy, penne past that is ready in 15 seconds, will be available for the rest of the summer.
