Looking to make a point, Brees wants Saints to sign entire 2005 SD team

NEW ORLEANS — Still riding high off his Super Bowl victory, New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees told the media that he wants the Saints to sign the entire 2005 San Diego Chargers team. “I want to prove to San Diego that Drew Brees was the right quarterback for that team,” said Brees in third person. “So let’s go out this offseason and get everyone from that ’05 team. I’m talking every single player. All the way down to Cory Lekkerkerker. Even past him and down to LaDainian Tomlinson.” Brees said he would definitely win New Orleans another Super Bowl with that squad. “Not only will New Orelads get back-to-back championships it will be the ultimate ‘fuck you’ to the Chargers organization. Win-motherfucking-win. Brees out."
