
Lloyd's of London Insurance Publicity Stunt Brainstorm
Proctor and Gamble recently went to insurer Lloyd's of London to figure out how the company could best drive publicity to one of its brands by taking out a policy on a notable trait of a high-profile sports figure. Ultimately, Lloyd's of London recommended that Proctor and Gamble use the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Troy Polamalu’s famed hair to promote its Head and Shoulders shampoo brand. Prior to making that decision, though, here are some of the other ideas that the insurance company was considering.
