Boston Red Sox closer Jonathan Papelbon blew another save in a loss to the Toronto Blue Jays Thursday afternoon. Papelbon, who had allowed only one run in his last 17 2/3 innings, coughed up a two-run lead as the Red Sox blew a chance to make up ground in the American League Wild Card race and the calls for flame-throwing Boston setup-man Daniel Bard have gotten louder. Following the loss, the polarizing Red Sox closer went out drinking by himself to drown away his sorrows. After getting really hammered, Pap left an entertaining drunk dial for Boston manager Terry Francona. Luckilly for you, Tauntr obtained the audio from the recording exclusively.
