There's not a whole lot more to add to this photo, but Al Davis is really a scary-looking dude. I mean, we've made the Davis-Cryptkeeper joke many times before. With images like this, though, it's really easy to see why the frequent comparisons are so justified. As well, you can see how other members of the Oakland organization are inclined to abide by his every word. If forced to sit across the table from him in the war room, I too would be scared into thinking that JaMarcus Russell actually has a bright future in the NFL. Hard not to be a yes man for an ugly boss like that.
