Habs exact revenge by making Bruins work really hard and score a ton of goals

BOSTON—Just 16 days after a hit by the Bruins’ Zdeno Chara severely injured Montreal winger Max Pacioretty and sparked a police investigation, the Canadiens traveled to their hated rival and exacted their revenge, forcing the Bruins to score numerous goals, which, according to several Canadiens players, is extremely hard work.

“Revenge is sweet!” said a triumphant Brian Gionta after the game. “Seven goals on 41 shots? That is not easy. Ha, I bet those Boston thugs will be tired in the morning. The best part was they thought we’d stop making them score and junk after the 1st period. Nope. We were relentless. You should’ve seen their faces too. They were all like, ‘Oh, we have to score again?!’ Goes to show you what happens when you mess with the mighty Canadiens.”
