Meet Travis Robertson, a 28-year-old graphic designer from Boston whose dream is to fight Jose Canseco in a Mixed Martial Arts match. Growing up, Jose Canseco was Travis’ favorite baseball player. Young Travis even waited for hours to meet his hero at an autograph show one afternoon, but Canseco stood him up. Now he wants revenge.



When Canseco tweeted that anyone could spend a day with him for $1,000 last week, Travis hoped that he would finally be given the chance to achieve his goal. He has now started a website, I Want To Fight Jose Canseco, to generate as much attention to the cause as possible so that a fight will actually come to fruition.
