This week’s SI features a lengthy piece (it was the cover story) on embattled Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. For the most part, all the article does is further confirm most of the preconceived notions about Big Ben: mostly, that he is an arrogant prick and a jackass.

There were a few interesting nuggets about Roethlisberger that have gone unreported in the past, though, such as new allegations that he flipped off a local Pittsburgh news station while riding a motorcycle without a helmet. The alleged encounter occurred just weeks after his infamous motorcycle accident and subsequent promise that he would not get back on the bike, especially without a helmet, ever again. Given his stature as a Super Bowl-winning quarterback, the station, KDKA, was afraid to air the video; the channel broadcasts Steelers games and was reportedly afraid of damaging its relationship with the franchise. As such, the story, which surely would have grabbed headlines across the nation and reflected poorly on the player and team, never ran. So sayeth numerous sources from inside the station, several of whom vow that the video tape still exists.

However, while the management team at KDKA was afraid to act--a bunch of cowards, eh?--tauntr.com has no fears about airing some more of Roethlisberger's dirty laundry. So, for your viewing pleasure, we present to you, in .gif image format, exclusive footage of that encounter above. Yes, Roethlisberger got into yet another accident (again, how large of a story would that have been?), only this time it went unreported. Enjoy.
