The Boston Celtics on Wednesday signed 27-year-old guard Delonte West. West is a decent talent who can play both guard positions off the bench, but he definitely comes with significant baggage. For one, the former Cleveland Cavaliers starter will miss the first 10 games of the season stemming from pleading guilty to a weapons charge. In addition, West made gossip headlines this past summer for allegedly sleeping with Cavaliers teammate LeBron James' mother, Gloria, during the NBA playoffs. West, though, is looking to put his issues behind him and start fresh in a new city. He even hopes to find a stable relationship partner, prompting him to create a Match.com account last night. His results were quite interesting.
