David Wright As The Great Gazoo

Last September, New York Mets third baseman David Wright was mercilessly ridiculed for wearing a Rawlings S100 batting helmet to protect his head. Wright, who hasn’t worn the helmet since, looked pretty silly, with many describing him as the Great Gazoo. In light of the recent news that all minor league baseball players will be required to wear the model in the near future—likely triggering a similar result in the majors at some point—we decided to have a little fun with Wright. I mean, it's not like the New York and national media are unfairly criticizing the talented third sacker enough.
