Coach discovers revolutionary new method bringing out athletic ability in players
TAMPA - Researchers have been working hard for years on trying to find new ways to make athletes smarter, faster and better. The most recent breakthrough on this front, however, came from an unlikely source: University of South Florida head football coach Jim Leavitt. Leavitt discovered this innovative new technique while choking a player in the locker room at halftime. "I had this kid by the throat after he played like crap in the first half," said the coach."Poor decision making skills, slow, sloppy and I thought 'how 'bout I just slap this kid around a bit?' It worked like a charm. Well, he played okay on account of the bruising but everyone else played beyond their ability. I'm currently going on a speaking tour for this new technique. Coaches everywhere are looking to implement it into their offenses."
