Bobby McCray chats with Kurt Warner about retirement
NEW ORLEANS - Phoenix Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner flew to New Orleans over the weekend to have a discussion about his possible retirement with New Orleans Saints defensive end Bobby McCray. "It was a really tough discussion for Kurt," says McCray. "A quick discussion but just a vicious one. I said he should retire soon. My argument really put things in perspective. He ended up on the ground, with tears in his eyes. I think he really felt what I was trying to say." No decision on Warner's retirement has been made as of yet. But Warner spoke briefly to the press after his chat with McCray. "Falafel birdies holy spirit hoagie palace," said Warner. "I will rub honey on my mayonnaise David Hasselhoff. Canada NFL hello."
