'Bama puts everything on hold for football game
BIRMINGHAM - A circuit court judge will grant a continuance to delay a recent trial so that two Alabama lawyers involved in the case could be allowed to attend the BCS National Championship featuring the Alabama Crimson Tide at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA. The case is the result of an accidental death where a woman died from an explosion after a car hit a gas meter and power box. A judge delayed the case, agreeing with the lawyers attending the game was a big enough event to put the trial on hold. "The plain-tiff he-a wanted to have it and we-a said-a Lissen here, son. That's horse sheet. This is the biggest game of yer lifetime. Our lifetime. We-a got our bags a-packed and shit-ton of Skoal in our mouth. Saban is exshpecting us," said the lawyer that has got to be disbarred for this. Also postponed in Alabama until after the football game: touching your cousin's hoo-hah. Don't do it.
