This picture from the bountiful harvest that is Chad Ochocinco's twitter page of him and Ines Sainz at media day today is probably the perfect definition of media day itself—an event that is part Ochocinco, something vaguely related to football but has more to do with shameless self promotion and part Sainz, a compete affront to professional journalism. But as stupid and pointless as media day, Ochocinco and Sainz are—I can’t help but watch.
