Columbus, Ohio--Dark times have befallen Ohio State Football and much of the blame lies with Terrelle Pryor. The once revered QB has been exposed as a nefarious vandal, ensnaring his school in a scandal so catastrophic both he and his coach no longer call themselves Buckeyes. It’s been a hard row for the administration and the fans, but for Jim Tressel it’s been life altering. And Terrelle Pryor is doing everything he can to show his old coach that he’s really, really sorry.
In an unexpected show of maturity, Pryor contracted a ghostwriter to pen an apology letter to his former coach. Said Janine Tract of the OSU writing center,“It was very well written. Heart felt, reflective; everything you want in an apology letter.” Though Pryor took no part in crafting the content of the letter, he did give what Janine called an “approving nod” after briefly skimming the page. And to prove to Tressell how truly remorseful he feels, Terrelle made a point of personally signing the letter before placing it in his car and neglecting to mail it.
Tressel, who has not yet received the letter, has received a bill. “I’m bit confused” he puzzled. “I...
