I pass along this video for two reasons:

1) The Vice President's natural impulse is to place more importance on a mediocre soft drink than a president of community college, which is not only funny, but probably pretty accurate. Dr. Pepper provides refreshment to millions, community college provides false hope to people who peaked in high school. 

2) It seems like something Funny or Die would put in one of their Bad Lip Reading videos, wich gives me reason to link to this awesome video.
